How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order any time before the order is sent to the packing and shipping queue. When your order is completed and fully paid for it is placed in the packing and shipping queue with the status “Being Prepared”.
To cancel an order while it has the “Being Prepared” status, please send an email to our customer service team using the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our customer service team directly by phone at the following number (844) 200-1866 during our operating hours, which are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
