Betadine Solution Veterinary contains:

• Povidone-iodine (0.5% available iodine) 5%

Indications for use

Use Betadine Solution Veterinary for:

• Pre-operative prepping of skin and mucous membranes
• Preventing bacterial infection
• Emergency antisepsis of minor lacerations, abrasions, and burns
• Post-operative application to surgical incisions
• Preparation of the skin prior to surgery
• Reducion of bacteria that potentially can cause skin infection

Administration and dosage

Betadine Solution Veterinary directions:

• Apply full strength to skin or surgical preparation site
• Wet area thoroughly to ensure complete coverage and penetration, but avoid “pooling”
• Allow to dry
• May be covered with bandage
